Spotless employees benefitting from portable long service

Spotless is a registered employer with Victoria’s Portable Long Service Leave Authority. That means Carolina Ramirez, a team leader of the Victorian Schools Contract cleaning team and Cameron Hamilton, a cleaner with the Metro Trains Cleaning contract have certainty that they can retain long service leave entitlements, even if they move to another employer in the same industry. In February 2022, they joined the Minister for Industrial Relations, Tim Pallas, to celebrate a milestone with more than 200,000 employees now part of the scheme, which began in 2019.
